Job Title: Group Leader (GL)

Job Summary:

· Lead and manage CRO team

· Ensure smooth field operations

· Build strong client relationships and support business growth

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

· Supervise, guide, and support CRO team

· Assign daily tasks and monitor performance

· Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback

Field Operations

· Monitor daily field visits

· Ensure proper area coverage (within 40 km)

· Conduct joint visits when required

Customer Handling

· Maintain strong client relationships

· Resolve customer issues and escalations

· Ensure high customer satisfaction

Reporting & Coordination

· Review daily reports on company app

· Conduct daily team meetings (Google Meet)

· Coordinate with internal teams

Compliance & Collections

· Ensure timely collection deposits

· Maintain transparency and discipline

· Follow company policies

Training & Development

· Train and support team members

· Improve team productivity through coaching

Skills Required:

· Leadership & team handling

· Communication & coordination

· Problem-solving ability

· Basic mobile/app knowledge

Experience:

· 3–6 years in Sales/Field Operations

· Team handling experience preferred
