Role Summary

The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence in the assigned territory through new dealership appointments, dealer development, and field sales operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Appoint new dealerships and distributors in the assigned territory.

Identify potential markets and business opportunities for agro machinery and spare parts.

Develop strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and dealer meetings.

Submit daily and weekly field visit reports.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Travel Requirement

4 days field traveling per week is mandatory within the assigned territory for dealership appointments, market development, and customer support.

Remaining 2 days will be for office reporting, planning, and coordination with the sales team and management.
