✔ Experience in FMCG or Food Industry (Mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of General Trade channel
✔ Distributor handling & market expansion experience
✔ Ability to achieve primary & secondary sales targets
✔ Good communication & negotiation skills
✔ Local market knowledge of Kolkata / Mumbai

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint & manage distributors
• Drive primary & secondary sales
• Ensure visibility & merchandising in retail outlets
• Expand market coverage & new outlet addition
• Maintain strong retailer relationships
