Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate sales and provide product information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Participate in promotional activities, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations.
