Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to join our team at
Eptech Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the
assigned region, managing a sales team, building and nurturing distributor/customer
relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective implementation of company
strategies.
Job responsibilities:
● Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
● Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and
customers.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
● Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in the field.
