Job Description

BSS-Apprentice will be responsible for lead generation, new merchant acquisition, providing loans, servicing to

small retailers and business outlets and perform collection activities under the Bharat Super Shop (BSS) model

and generating leads and meeting sales goals. This outbound/field job requires good interpersonal skills and basic

understanding of sales process and dynamics.

Job Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Conduct market survey/cold calling/Door to Door Visit to identify interested merchants

for taking loan. Acquire new merchants and expand the customer base.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

• Lead Generation: Generate more customers lead for business growth.

• Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Education: Intermediate/Graduation (Any stream)

• Minimum Experience Required: 0 Years

• The ability to sell and handle customers efficiently.

• Possess excellent communication and negotiation Skills.

• Having high degree ofself-motivation and ambition

• Capability to grow in a competitive environment.

• Proficiency in Hindi and local language (Reading, Writing and Speaking)

• The role requires extensive local travelling.
