Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

• Drive sales through the advisor network to achieve business targets.

• Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.

• Conduct regular training sessions to improve advisor performance.

• Monitor team productivity and ensure target achievement.

• Maintain accurate reports and update management on sales performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
