We are looking for Area Sales Manager - PAN India locations to join our team Harnawa Insulation Pvt. Ltd., Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

About the Company

Our client is India’s leading manufacturer and dealer of electrical insulation materials, serving the transformer, motor, EV, and switchgear industries across India and 10+ countries. We're looking for a driven field sales professional to own Maharashtra, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad , Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore etc.

What you'll do:

Drive sales across Maharashtra.

⁠Visit customer factories and meet engineers, plant heads & purchase managers.

Acquire new OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients across Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Ahmednagar and beyond.

⁠Manage channel partners and grow existing key accounts.

Submit regular visit reports and sales forecasts.

What we need:

4–8 years of B2B field sales in electrical/industrial products.

⁠Existing network in Maharashtra industrial sector.

⁠Fluency in Marathi is a strong advantage.

Must be comfortable with 60–70% field travel — this is a road role, not a desk job.
