Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive the sales of flight
tickets, hotel bookings, and travel-related services through field sales activities. The
candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B travel agents,
corporate clients, and business partners while achieving revenue and sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and onboard new travel agents, sub-agents, corporate clients, and
channel partners.
• Generate business for domestic and international flight bookings and hotel
reservations.
• Conduct market visits to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Promote flight ticketing, hotel booking solutions, holiday packages, travel
insurance, and ancillary travel services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Increase market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Cross-sell and upsell travel products to maximize revenue.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and existing clients.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Field Sales Activities
• Plan and execute daily field visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for travel partners.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• Represent the company at travel events and industry exhibitions.
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with ticketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless service
delivery.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism or Business Management preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in travel sales, airline sales, hotel sales, or B2B
travel distribution.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international flight booking and hotel sales.
• Experience in field sales and territory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
