JOB BRIEF: - Seeking a target-driven Business Development Manager (UPS/IT) with proven experience in selling UPS systems and IT infrastructure.

SKILLS REQUIRED

1.      Experience in Enterprise, Corporate, or Industrial Sales in Gurgaon/NCR

2.      Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR region

3.      Proven track record in developing and closing sales with 50+ Enterprise or Industrial clients in the Gurgaon/NCR region

4.      B2B sales experience, preferably in UPS, power backup, or IT solutions or equivalent.

5.      Network of contacts with IT, Maintenance, and Procurement Heads

6.      Field sales and regular client visits required.

7.      Should achieve targets, handling challenges, and closing deals independently

8.      Skilled in managing Sales/BD teams and driving product sales execution.
