We are looking for a passionate and energetic Area Sales Officer for Field Sales in the Teenager Bra segment at Belle Wears Private Limited. The candidate should be confident in market visits, customer handling, lead follow-ups, and generating sales opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and generate sales through market outreach.

• Build strong relationships with retailers and customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.

• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.

• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 1 – 5 Years in Field Sales/Marketing

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel and handle field work efficiently

• Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage required.
