
Job Role
Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers through open market sourcing.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and corporate tie-ups.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share.
Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Loans.
Ensure monthly targets for account opening, funding, and cross-selling are achieved.
Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Increase average balance (AB) and customer engagement.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries on priority.
Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth account processing.
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM regularly.
