Responsibilities:
Drive acquisition of Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers
Generate business through field sales, references, and lead conversion activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local market clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity benchmarks
Promote banking products such as CASA, insurance, and other financial services
Coordinate with branch and operations teams for smooth account opening process
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Ensure high-quality customer service and customer retention
