About the role:

The Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Fitelo’s growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with doctors across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive, field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.

Specifically, this role will involve:

Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory

Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships

Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory

Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors

Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) camps

Making 6–7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5–6 doctors per day

Attempting outreach to 10–12 doctors daily to meet conversion targets

Representing Fitelo professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners

Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals

Ideal candidate will have:

1–3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynecology background preferred)

Mandatory field sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-growth startup environment

Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory

A valid driving license, access to a two-wheeler, and an Android smartphone

A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Qualifications:

Any graduate preferably from pharmaceutical.
