Job Description:

- Drive market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction through strategic sales planning.

- Achieve revenue targets by executing sales plans aligned with overall business goals.

- Expand the customer base and identify new revenue opportunities in assigned territories.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and pricing teams to present optimal solutions and secure profitable deals.

- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to generate recurring revenue.

Quatification and Skill:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (Software / IT / Logistics background preferred).

- Proven track record as Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of Software/IT products and/or Logistics/Transport industry vertical.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performance sales team.
