CTC: ₹4.20– 5.5.00 LPA + TA/DA + Sales Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market development across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Herbal, OTC or Consumer Products, with expertise in General Trade, distributor/stockist management, secondary sales and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve territory targets.

• Manage and develop distributor and stockist networks.

• Ensure product availability and effective market and retail coverage.

• Manage General Trade and retail sales across the assigned territory.

• Lead, train and motivate the frontline sales team.

• Execute sales promotions, schemes and market activation activities.

• Develop strong relationships with distributors, stockists and retailers.

• Monitor sales performance, market coverage and competitor activities.

• Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Herbal, OTC, Wellness or Consumer Products.

• Strong experience in General Trade / Retail Sales.

• Proven experience in Distributor and Stockist Management.

• Hands-on experience in Secondary Sales and Territory Management.

• Experience in sales team handling, training and motivation.

• Knowledge of Gurgaon/Gurugram, Faridabad, Karnal and nearby markets will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Target-driven with a strong focus on sales growth and market expansion.

• Beverage industry experience is not applicable for this position.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Ayurvedic, Herbal, OTC, FMCG and Wellness companies will be preferred, particularly those with experience in General Trade, distributor/stockist handling and frontline sales team management.
