Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

• • Conduct daily outlet visits as per rotation plan (minimum 4 outlets/day).

• Ensure outlets open on time, follow SOPs, and maintain hygiene and quality.

• Check daily stock, wastage, and verify consumption vs. sales.

• Track daily and weekly sales and implement corrective actions.

• Recruit, train, and retain kiosk staff; manage rosters and attendance.

• Coordinate with HPCL site managers for smooth operations.

• Liaise with MCC operations team for supply, menu updates, and issues.

• Resolve customer complaints on the same day. •

• Submit daily operational and sales reports by 8 PM
