Personnel management and training

• Manage and supervise the performance of security teams in the designated area.

• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.

• Provide security training, guidance, and support to security personnel.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures among staff. 

Operations and compliance

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of security services within the area. 

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure security and safety. 

• Implement and maintain security systems and ensure their proper functioning. 

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. 

• Develop and review security plans, such as evacuation and emergency protocols. 

Incident response and reporting

• Respond to security alarms and incidents, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action. 

• Apprehend and detain trespassers or unauthorized individuals as per protocol. 

• Communicate with law enforcement and other emergency services when necessary. 

• Report on incidents, surveillance activities, and operational performance to senior management. 

• Maintain detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities.
