Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Reporting To: Sales / Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Schools Visit Officer to expand our Individual Assessment Program in schools. The officer will be responsible for visiting schools, building relationships with administrators, promoting the assessment program, and driving student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools in the assigned territory and introduce the Individual Assessment Program to principals, teachers, and administrative staff.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to ensure program adoption.

• Conduct presentations and demos for school management and teachers to highlight the program benefits.

• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule assessments and follow up on school enrollments.

• Track school visits, maintain detailed records of meetings and outcomes, and report regularly.

• Identify opportunities to expand the program to more classes or branches within schools.

• Collaborate with Sales / Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

• Persuasive and confident, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

• Comfortable traveling frequently within the assigned territory.

• Knowledge of school operations or prior experience in educational sales is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).

• Prior experience in school outreach, sales, or educational programs preferred.

Salary & Benefits
