1. Manpower & Deployment
Ensure all security guards and supervisors are deployed as per the approved manpower requirement.
Arrange immediate replacement for absent or non-performing guards.
Monitor attendance, shift timings, weekly offs, and reliever arrangements.
Ensure no security post remains unattended.
2. Site Inspection & Supervision
Conduct regular and surprise visits to all assigned client sites.
Check guard alertness, turnout, discipline, and performance.
Verify security registers, attendance records, visitor records, inward/outward registers, and other required documents.
Ensure guards follow the client’s SOPs and security instructions.
Identify security risks and take corrective action immediately.
3. Guard Training & Discipline
Brief guards regarding their duties, responsibilities, and site-specific instructions.
Conduct regular toolbox talks and on-site training.
Ensure guards do not sleep, use mobile phones unnecessarily, leave their posts, or neglect their duties.
