We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and experienced Area Manager (Security Operations) to oversee ground operations, client retention, and guard deployment across multiple sites (factories, warehouses, residential complexes, and commercial properties). The candidate will manage a team of Field Officers and ensure 100% post occupancy with zero client complaints.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on security field experience in Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai industrial or corporate belts.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
Languages: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; functional working knowledge of English (for WhatsApp/email reporting).
Leadership Skills: Strong team handling capability, crisis management, and professional communication with corporate clients.
