Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website leads.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, and placement assistance.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing excellent guidance and follow-up.
Maintain accurate student records in CRM or Excel.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates until admission.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding batch schedules and student onboarding.
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee collection.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction.
Participate in educational seminars, career counselling sessions, and promotional events.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of CAD, Interior Design, or Engineering courses is an added advantage.
