Women Western Wear Pattern Master

Starzon Fashion is looking for an experienced Pattern Master specializing in women’s western wear. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, and fitting to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate patterns for women’s western garments (dresses, tops, co-ords, etc.)

• Develop patterns based on sketches, tech packs, and reference samples

• Handle pattern grading for different sizes (S, M, L, XL)

• Conduct fittings and make necessary corrections

• Coordinate with sampling team, cutting master, and production team

• Ensure patterns are production-friendly and cost-efficient

• Maintain pattern records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–7 years experience in women’s western wear

• Strong knowledge of pattern making, draping, and garment construction

• Expertise in fabric behavior and fit correction

• Ability to interpret designs and convert into production-ready patterns

• Knowledge of industrial stitching and finishing techniques

• Attention to detail and quality standards

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in export or premium brands

• Knowledge of CAD pattern software (optional but preferred)

• Strong communication and team coordination skills
