We are currently looking for enthusiastic, smart, and career-oriented freshers for the position of Trainee Merchandiser. The selected candidates will get practical exposure in buyer coordination, product development, sampling, production follow-up, and merchandising operations while working closely with experienced industry professionals. Candidates should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher candidates only

• Must have completed Graduation/Diploma from a recognized Fashion Institute

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Presentable and professional personality

• Basic knowledge of garment merchandising and fashion industry

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the merchandising team in day-to-day activities

• Coordinating with internal departments

• Following up on sampling, production, and approvals

• Maintaining reports and merchandising records

• Supporting order execution and shipment coordination

• Learning buyer requirements and product development processes

Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication

• Quick learner with positive attitude

• Team player with good coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
