Tailor

Job Summary:

The Tailor is responsible for stitching, assembling, and finishing undergarments according to quality standards, production targets, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines (single needle, overlock, flatlock, etc.)

• Stitch and assemble undergarments such as bras, panties, vests, and briefs

• Follow patterns, measurements, and production instructions

• Ensure quality stitching, neat finishing, and correct sizing

• Meet daily production targets without compromising quality

• Identify and report defects or machine issues

• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and machines

• Follow factory safety and hygiene standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in stitching undergarments or similar garments preferred

• Knowledge of fabric handling (cotton, elastane, lace, etc.)

• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines

• Basic understanding of quality standards

• Attention to detail and consistency

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: Basic education

• ITI / Tailoring course preferred

• Freshers with training may also apply

Working Hours:

As per factory shift schedule

Salary & Benefits:
