Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts from sampling to shipment
Coordinate with Design, Production, Sourcing, Quality & Dispatch teams
Handle sampling, production follow-ups, and order execution
Review costing and support negotiations
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
Job Requirements:
Experience with leather bags, wallets, belts, and accessories
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to read technical specifications and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Proficient in MS Excel and documentation
