Fashion Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·       Manage end-to-end order execution from order receipt, costing, and confirmation to final dispatch

·       Coordinate with buyers, internal teams, and factory staff to ensure smooth order processing

·       Handle sample development, swatches, PP samples, and approval follow-ups

·       Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time deliveries

·       Track production progress and proactively resolve delays or issues

·       Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards and compliance requirements

·       Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and final approvals

·       Maintain accurate ERP entries, documentation, and MIS reports

·       Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for dispatch readiness

·       Provide regular order status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders

·       Excellent coordination with cross-functional teams

·       Clear communication and accurate documentation skills
