We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Pintoo Garments to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

. Display Creation: Build attractive window displays, promotional setups, and in-store arrangements.

. Layout Management: Design floor plans and apply planograms (visual diagrams of product placement) to optimize retail space.

. Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual elements match the brand's identity and seasonal marketing goals.

. Team Training: Guide and train store staff on how to maintain visual standards and display guidelines.

. Sales Analysis: Review sales reports to see which displays work best and adjust layouts as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other spatial design software.

• Creative Flair: Strong sense of color, composition, balance, and spatial awareness.

• Commercial Awareness: Understanding of customer behavior and how store layout influences buying decisions.

• Education: A degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design, or fine arts is often preferred.

• Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on retail experience backed by a strong visual portfolio. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
