Assistant Merchandiser – Panoramic Sourcing

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at Panoramic Sourcing.

The candidate will assist the merchandising team in handling product development, buyer communication, sampling, follow-ups with suppliers, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and sampling.

• Coordinate with suppliers and factories for samples, pricing and production.

• Maintain product details, costing and order information in Excel.

• Assist with buyer communication and email correspondence.

• Prepare presentations and product information using PowerPoint (PPT).

• Follow up on samples, approvals, production and deliveries.

• Maintain proper records and documentation.

• Support the merchandising team in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• Position: Assistant Merchandiser

• Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month in hand

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email and basic computer applications.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Should be organized, responsible and willing to learn.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.

• Freshers with a good attitude and relevant knowledge may also apply.
