Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Analyzing fashion trends, identifying customer needs, and working with design and planning teams to determine which items to stock.
Sales & Inventory Management: Tracking sales performance, managing inventory levels, and monitoring product displays to ensure they are attractive and effective.
Supplier & Manufacturer Relations: Communicating with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules, and ensuring product quality.
Pricing & Promotions: Developing pricing strategies, analyzing market changes, and creating promotion plans to boost sales.
Marketing & Presentation: Coordinating with marketing teams, setting up product displays, and creating marketing campaigns to promote merchandise.
Data Analysis: Analyzing sales figures, performance reports, and market data to inform business decisions and optimize product offerings.
