# Job Opening: Production Coordinator (Apparel)

We are looking for a highly organized ••Production Coordinator•• to oversee garment production from order confirmation to final dispatch. Since all manufacturing is outsourced, this role requires someone who can efficiently coordinate with multiple vendors, ensure timely deliveries, maintain quality standards, and keep production running smoothly.

The role will work closely with the founder and senior management to execute production plans across all collections.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete production process from purchase order to final delivery.

• Coordinate daily with tailors, embroidery units, dyeing units, washing units, printers, finishing units, and other vendors.

• Follow up on production timelines and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Prepare and maintain production calendars and order trackers.

• Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and packaging requirements.

• Conduct regular production visits to vendor facilities.

• Monitor quality at every production stage and resolve issues proactively.

• Ensure accurate cutting, stitching, finishing, measurements, and packing.

• Coordinate sampling and approvals before bulk production.

• Manage production documentation, inventory movement, and dispatch records.

• Work closely with merchandising and design teams to execute collections smoothly.

• Handle multiple production orders simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.

### Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in garment production, apparel operations, or production coordination.

• Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.

• Experience managing outsourced production units.

• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.

• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Experience in premium apparel, designer labels, or handcrafted garments is preferred.
