Maintain order sheets and update internal records regularly.
Plan and update printing programs and ensure correct files/prints reach production.
Manage dispatching of orders, courier coordination and documentation.
Regularly update showroom stock, samples, displays and product information.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery as per schedule.
Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management on progress.
