Indyadiva is looking for a skilled Fashion Designer to join our team. This role is focused on manual designing, including paper cutting, stitching, and creating new garment samples based on market trends and brand style.
👉 No computer-based designing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new garment designs and samples

• Perform paper cutting, pattern making, and stitching

• Develop samples from concept to final piece

• Assist in fittings, alterations, and final approvals

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences

• Coordinate with the production team

• Maintain sample and design records

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: [No qualification ]

• Experience: [0-2]

• Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, and garment construction

• Ability to design and make samples independently

• Understanding of fabrics, measurements, and finishing

• Embroidery knowledge is a plus

• CAD / computer designing not required

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand salary – negotiable

• Salary will increase for candidates with good experience and strong skills
