We are looking for a Fashion designer to join our team at Nirmal Enterprises (Brand Kusvaa) for textile designing AND/OR to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 40,000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts, sketches and patterns.
• Research current trends, fabrics and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production teams for sample creation.
• Assist in fittings, revisions and final approval of garments.
• Maintain design documentation and mood boards.
• Have knowledge about computer aided designing tools.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important.
