Job Description: Textile / Surface Print Designer (Kurti & Cotton Fabrics)

Job Title: Freelance / Remote Textile & Surface Print Designer

Employment Type: Freelance / Contract / Remote (Flexible)

Compensation: Flexible (Per-Design Basis or Fixed Monthly Retainer / Salary)

Target Output: 200–300 original print designs per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Textile / Surface Print Designer to develop fresh, trend-forward print designs specifically tailored for women's kurtis and cotton fabrics. This is a flexible, work-from-home role suited for someone with a quick turnaround time and a strong eye for ethnic wear aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Create fresh, innovative, and market-ready print patterns tailored for cotton fabrics and kurti collections.
Produce and deliver an estimated 200 to 300 designs per month.
Prepare print-ready design files, ensuring proper repeat patterns, colorways, and resolution for fabric printing.
Coordinate remotely on design briefs, revisions, and approval cycles.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in textile design, surface ornamentation, or ethnic wear/kurti pattern designing. Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or dedicated textile CAD software.
Strong understanding of cotton fabric printing techniques (e.g., screen print, rotary, digital printing).
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently from home while hitting monthly delivery targets.
Compensation & Work ArrangementLocation: 100% Remote / Work from Home.

Payment Model: Open to negotiation based on candidate preference — either a per-design rate or a fixed monthly salary.
