Job వివరణ

We are looking for a skilled Designer–Tailor who can convert design ideas into high-quality prototypes and ensure smooth execution of final garments. This role bridges design and production, requiring both creativity and strong technical tailoring skills.

1. Design & Development

Understand design concepts, references, and sketches
Create garment designs aligned with brand aesthetics
Suggest improvements based on fabric and construction feasibility

2. Prototype Creation

Develop first samples (prototypes) from sketches or concepts
Work on pattern making, cutting, and stitching
Ensure perfect fit, fall, and finishing

3. Tailoring & Construction

Stitch high-quality garments with attention to detailing
Handle different fabrics (ethnic, fusion, contemporary wear)
Ensure neat finishing and durability

4. Production Execution

Guide karigars/tailors for bulk production
Ensure design accuracy in final output
Monitor quality and consistency in finished pieces
