Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, maintain quality standards, and drive business growth while creating a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and professionally.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Track sales performance and prepare operational reports.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase revenue.
Preferred Skills
Financial and budgeting knowledge.
Experience in staff recruitment and training.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
