Location: Aam Bagh, Mehrauli, Chhatarpur, Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage staff, vendors, and tenants while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property.

• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.

• Conduct regular property inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Handle tenant/guest queries and ensure high service standards.

• Maintain records of maintenance, inventory, and operational expenses.

• Monitor utility usage and ensure timely payment of bills.

• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

• Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.

• Monitor inventory of housekeeping and maintenance supplies.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, facility management, hospitality, or a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
