Production Manager

We’re looking for a Production Manager who knows weddings inside out — someone who can turn design ideas into stunning realities on-ground. You’ll be the bridge between creative concepts and flawless execution, ensuring every setup is built to precision, beauty, and emotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end production of wedding décor projects — from planning to execution.

Translate 3D designs and layouts into real-world setups that match the creative intent.

Source and manage vendors for fabrication, florals, lighting, and materials.

Create production timelines, budgets, and checklists for each wedding.

Conduct site recces, plan logistics, and ensure smooth coordination with venues.

Supervise on-ground setups — ensuring quality, detailing, and timely delivery.

Collaborate closely with the design team to align production with design expectations.

Manage manpower, transport, inventory, and vendor settlements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 5 - 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
