Roles & Responsibilities:

The task at our company is to understand and manage the complete workflow of the Creative Department.

You should have good knowledge of Marathi content writing. If we give you any topic, you should be able to independently write creative and relevant content in Marathi.

You will also be responsible for managing the team on the floor — understanding who is working on what, assigning work to the team members, following up on their tasks, and ensuring that the work is completed on time.

You will have to give the CEO a daily update regarding the department’s work, including what tasks were assigned, what has been completed, and what is pending.

We are looking for a multitasking candidate who is capable of handling different types of work efficiently and can confidently take responsibility for any task assigned to them.

Overall, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating the entire Creative Department.
