About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, smart, hardworking and responsible Production Head who can independently manage and supervise the production and execution of wedding and corporate events.
The candidate should have strong experience in the Event, Wedding, Tent, Fabrication, Decoration or Exhibition industry and should be capable of handling complete event production from planning to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and supervise complete event production and execution.
Handle wedding and corporate event setups from start to finish.
Supervise tent, structure, fabrication, decoration, stage, furniture, lighting and other production work.
Prepare and execute site setup plans according to the event requirements.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, fabricators, decorators and site teams.
Manage and supervise production manpower, supervisors, workers and labour teams.
Ensure proper material handling, loading, unloading, transportation and storage.
Check materials before dispatch and ensure all required materials reach the venue on time.
Supervise installation, dismantling and material recovery after the event.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production materials and equipment.
Understand event layouts, measurements and basic drawings/designs.
Coordinate with the design team to convert concepts into practical event setups.
Suggest new ideas, creative setup concepts and practical production solutions.
Identify production challenges at site and solve them quickly.
Ensure quality, finishing and safety standards during setup.
Monitor production timelines and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams for material requirements.
Negotiate and coordinate with local vendors, fabricators and labour contractors when required.
Control unnecessary material wastage and production costs.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to management.
Handle multiple events and production activities simultaneously when required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tent & Decoration Production.
Good understanding of wedding and corporate event setups.
Excellent manpower and team supervision skills.
Good knowledge of materials, fabrication and event equipment.
Ability to understand measurements, layouts and setup requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good vendor and labour management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new setup ideas.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict event deadlines.
Strong leadership and ownership attitude.
Should be smart, active, hardworking and physically fit for event-site work.
Should be comfortable travelling to event venues and working flexible hours during events.
