We manage the entire uniform lifecycle: planning, measurements, online ordering, customer support, inventory, and fulfillment—end to end.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused professional to own and manage school measurement operations end-to-end.

This role begins after a school deal is closed and continues until measurements are successfully completed and handed over for production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Measurement Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Gubbacci sales team and school administrators to:

• Finalize measurement dates

• Align on student strength and schedules

• Plan weekday / weekend measurement calendars

2. Digital Scheduling Setup

• Work with the Gubbacci Digital Team to:

• Set up measurement slots on Scheduling system (Calendly)

• Ensure appointment links are live and shared with parents/Schools

• Monitor slot utilization and manage rescheduling if needed

3. Ground Execution & Logistics

• Plan and assign:

• Measurement team members

• Number of tents, tables, and equipment

• Ensure:

• Transportation for staff and materials

• Site readiness (cleanliness, layout, access)

• Proper setup and teardown at schools

• Wifi Connection

4. On-Ground Management

• Be the point of contact during measurement days

• Handle last-minute changes, delays, or escalations

• Ensure smooth coordination between:

• Measurement team

• School admin

• Customer support team

5. Staff & Vendor Coordination

• Arrange food and refreshments for field teams

• Coordinate with transport and logistics vendors

• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to SOPs

6. Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with:

• Customer Support

• Warehouse

• Management

• Share daily/weekly updates on:

• Measurement progress

• Issues and resolutions

• Completion status per school

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong coordination and planning skills

• Excellent communication (English + Kannada preferred)

• Comfortable working in the field

• Good organizational and follow-up ability

Good to Have

• Experience in event operations / field coordination

• Prior experience with schools or institutions

• Familiarity with basic digital tools (Google Sheets, calendars, scheduling tools)

Work Nature

• Field-heavy during peak measurement season

• Weekend work required (compensatory offs as applicable)
