Hotel Manager

We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team at Hotel Starlight By Avana to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹26000 and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.

• Ensure smooth execution during events.

• Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.

• Post-event reporting and feedback collection.

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle bookings, respond to calls/messages, and maintain reservation records.

• Assist guests with information, requests, and complaints politely. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

• Process payments accurately, maintain cash/shift reports, and update PMS entries.

• Ensure lobby cleanliness and smooth guest flow.

• Uphold company standards, grooming, and hospitality etiquette.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
