Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to ensure an excellent experience for guests visiting our entertainment/play-area facility. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling queries, assisting with services, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.

• Assist customers with play-area packages, memberships, offers, vouchers, and activities.

• Explain safety rules, play timings, and facility guidelines clearly to parents and children.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Ensure smooth coordination between guests, counter staff, and play-area team.

• Promote and pitch vouchers, memberships, birthday packages, and special offers.

• Encourage customers to provide positive reviews and feedback.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and immediately escalate serious concerns to the Store In-Charge.

• Support birthday parties, events, and special activities.

• Ensure the reception/guest area is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and behaviour at all times.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer-service standards.

• Assist the team with daily store operations whenever required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or front-office roles is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach.

• Good sales and upselling skills.

• Ability to handle children and parents confidently.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
