Executive Assistant

Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director

Gender Preference: Female

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role with a proven track record

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as EA/PA to senior management or director-level roles.

Married and settled, free from family planning responsibilities.

Looking for a long-term, stable career in Sonipat.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and digital coordination.

Strong in follow-ups, task tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

High level of efficiency, confidentiality, and discipline in work.

Must be comfortable with work-related travel and flexible for extended/odd working hours if required.

Package has no bar for the deserving candidate.
