Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Event Operations & Production Executive with strong expertise in exhibitions and BTL activations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of events, ensuring smooth operations through efficient logistics management, vendor coordination, and on-ground supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Operations Management

• Plan and execute logistics for events and exhibitions including venue setup, materials, and equipment

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery and installation

• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency

• Oversee setup, live execution, and dismantling while maintaining timelines and quality standards

2. Production & Technical Execution

• Handle technical aspects including audio-visuals, lighting, staging, and production setups

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing & creative) and external vendors

• Ensure seamless execution of BTL activations and exhibitions

• Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all event elements

3. On-ground Event Supervision

• Manage real-time event challenges and provide quick solutions

• Ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and exhibitors

• Maintain high-quality execution standards during live events

4. Post-Event Management

• Prepare P&L reports and manage cost analysis

• Coordinate vendor billing and payments

• Evaluate event performance and identify improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven experience in event operations, exhibitions, or BTL activations

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of event logistics, production, and technical execution

• Budgeting and cost management expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

• Basic understanding of A/V production is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate

• Own 2-wheeler is mandatory for local travel and coordination

• Strong hands-on experience in BTL activations is highly preferred
