The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. Key Responsibilities:

Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.
Ensure smooth execution during events.
Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.
