We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team at Hothur Enterprises LLP to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
Ensure that policies and best practices are followed.
Ensure smooth execution during events.
Keep a record of the budget and expenses.
Manage Communications with various organisations, Hospitals and vendors.
Schedule the details of the program and events based on an agenda.
Complete and compile all necessary paperwork for documentation.
Update all the information into a database to make reports and proposals.
Facilitate growth and program development.
Post-event reporting and feedback collection.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate in MSW and 2 - 5 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
