WE ARE HIRING – PARTY ORGANISERS

LUX 2.0 BY VALHALLA is looking for energetic, confident, and well-connected Party Organisers / Event Promoters to join our team for our Day & Night Club operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promote daily Day & Night Club parties and events.

- Generate and manage table bookings for regular club nights.

- Invite guests and groups for clubbing and special events.

- Visit schools, colleges, corporate offices, commercial areas, and local communities for promotion and networking.

- Conduct daily pamphlet and promotional material distribution.

- Build and maintain a strong guest network for regular table bookings.

- Promote upcoming parties, theme nights, and special events.

- Coordinate with guests for table reservations, group bookings, and event requirements.

- Generate bookings for private and corporate functions, including:

- Birthday Parties

- Corporate Parties

- Engagements

- Haldi & Mehndi Functions

- Weddings & Marriage Functions

- Farewell Parties

- Private Celebrations

- Corporate Events

- Real Estate Project Launches

- Brand Promotions

- Social & Networking Events

- And many more special occasions

WHAT WE OFFER

FIXED MONTHLY SALARY + ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES

Our Party Organisers will receive a fixed salary along with an attractive incentive structure based on performance and successful bookings.

The more tables and events you generate, the more you can earn.

WHO CAN APPLY?

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Confident and well-spoken

- Energetic and outgoing

- Good at communication and networking

- Comfortable meeting new people and visiting different locations

- Well-connected with college students, working professionals, corporate groups, social circles, and local communities

- Experienced in club promotions, event management, hospitality, nightlife, sales, or marketing — preferred but not mandatory
