As a rapidly expanding company, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Senior Hosts and Hosts. Position Overview: We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Host and Host at Bounce Inc. As a Senior Host or Host, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their visit. You will be part of a dynamic team that fosters a fun and friendly atmosphere while adhering to our safety protocols. Responsibilities:  Enthusiastically greet guests with a positive, energetic and approachable, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.  Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive initial impression and delivering exceptional customer service.  Ensure guest safety through comprehensive safety briefings, active monitoring, assistance with equipment setup, and prompt resolution of inquiries and incidents.  Key personnel at Bounce Inc. are responsible for conducting facility inspections, maintaining cleanliness, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.  Provide exceptional customer service by upselling additional services, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bounce Inc's offerings and safety protocols. Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds.  Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical activities for extended periods.  Enthusiastic and energetic personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on business needs.  First Aid and CPR certifications are desirable but not mandatory (training can be provided). Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
